Why does the Lenovo z510 laptop give a "replace battery recommended" after 3 months of use?

For what reason can Lenovo z510 Notebook (Windows 7 Ultimate), after 3 months of use, recommend replacing the battery?
And how to solve this problem without contacting the service under warranty? Tried a full discharge-charge, does not help.
