It slows down the laptop when displaying text, no matter where - browser, text editor. Scrolling - browser, documents also slow down, also when dragging a window, everything starts to slow down. Braking is not due to system loading, but, as it were, on the output, for example, the cursor does not blink evenly. Or when you start the game, that is, not the game itself slows down, but every 2-3 seconds a slight stuttering of the screen. That is a constant delay. Reinstalling the system used to solve this problem, now it does not help. (That is, I installed a clean system - everything works, walked with a laptop in my bag - it slows down again) It all started with the fact that after moving the laptop turned on, music and video began to stutter, later this problem with text output began. The last time I went with a laptop, this major problem began with the text and with everything in the heap. What can you suggest?

Run a memtest and do a hard (SMART) diagnostic. There is an option that the hard one is dying, the FS is trying to get rid of all sorts of unreadable sectors, and therefore stuttering occurs.
