Why does the keyboard freeze?

When turned on, the keyboard works on the password entry page, after logging in it works for just a second and stops responding for 5-10 seconds. But, if you enter some text at this moment, it will be entered when the keyboard droops

1. Go to a friend and try the performance on his computer.
