Why does the ios-cordova application freeze?

If I press the home button during loading (on the splash screen) and then return to the application, it freezes and no script is executed, although the page is rendered.
Tried to hang onclick="alert('hello')" on body does not work either. Works under normal load.
Debug through safari doesn't work either. Doesn't see the device.
UPD: Gesture is pouring onto the console: failed to receive system gesture state notification before next touch
