Why does the Internet disappear and what to do?
Hello!
I recently switched from Rostelecom to MTS and every day the Internet began to disappear. Sometimes it disappears for 10 seconds, sometimes for 2 minutes, and sometimes for 3 minutes. What could be the reason and what to do?! Help me please!

Yes, just some switch is buggy with them and that's it. And to eliminate it, you need to change the piece of iron, and this is money. Until the outflow of customers has begun or the flow of complaints from the site has not increased, nothing will be done. Why, if customers pay, even though the piece of iron is half dead?
In my experience (not MTS, really), it's better to find an official group on a social network (VK, or somewhere else) and write there. Large providers also monitor other groups with many (more than 10k) subscribers. And at the mention, they try to somehow settle it. This is how I solved the issue with a megaphone, and with Rostelecom (they made an archival tariff, cheaper than I had, and increased the speed several times). It will not help - they already said above - to change the provider.
