How to organize data exchange between 1C enterprise 7.7 trade and warehouse 9.2 and a self-written online store?

Good afternoon!
Please help organize the exchange of data between 1C and the online store, without using 1C-Bitrix or similar applications. The online store is written in Joomla VirtueMart 1.1.x . In what format to organize data exchange? Where can I see examples of this kind of exchange between 1c and an online store.
