Limiting the input speed through the router?

There is a D-Link DSL 2500U modem and a D-Link DES-1005D switch. 3 PCs are connected to it. Is there any way to control the input speed to connected PCs?

Read the instructions for your router.
There is no shaper there, apparently, but you can do something similar using QoS.
QoS
Prioritization/classification of traffic based on:

  • physical port
  • 802.1p priority queues
  • Additional port
  • User-defined protocol (TCP/UDP/ICMP, etc.)

You can only shape outgoing traffic. In order to limit the input stream, you need to make a restriction on outgoing traffic for the port where the Internet is connected (thus, although formally the traffic is incoming, it will be outgoing for a specific port). Another thing is that the 2500U does not allow doing this.
