Why does the Intel NUC temporarily turn off the monitor when connecting USB devices?

We have: 2 pcs. Intel NUC NUC8i5BEKPA2, monitors are connected to them via HDMI.
When using USB - both connectors on the case and through a passive hub connected to them - for a short time, about 2-3 seconds, the monitor turns off (shows the manufacturer's branded splash screen, i.e., apparently, the signal disappears). There is a Dell T30 nearby, it has no such problems.
I googled about this - I did not find similar complaints. Suspicion of a reaction to static.
Questions:
1. Does anyone who has NUCs have similar problems?
2. Could this be due to the lack of ground in the outlet (did not check, but I suspect)?
And then the director needs to take a compact computer, if he has such problems, he is unlikely to like it. A trifle, but very annoying.

@John Smith Did you find a solution for your problem? I have a slightly similar situation "monitor via HDMI periodically turns off in standby mode" NUC8i5BEK.

For posterity.
I found the solution on Reddit
As a summary:
- Change the cable to a known problem-free
- In the BIOS, change the default IGP output from Auto to HDMI
