Why does the installation of Windows Server leave unallocated space with which nothing can be done?

Did a raid. When installing Windows, 745gb with which nothing can be done.
Because of what it can be?

The disk is marked in MBR, which has a limit of 2Tb.
For larger disks, use GPT partitioning.
