Why does the HID Keyboard keep connecting/disconnecting in Windows 7?

I installed Parallels Desktop 9 on a Macbook Pro (Neretin, OS X Mavericks), and in it I launched the seven already installed on a separate partition by Bootcamp. The problem is that some additional HID keyboard is constantly connected in the device manager (moreover, the keyboard does not work) and after 4-5 seconds. disconnected, and then after the same period of time connected - and all over again. Everything would be fine if it didn’t make the system think and glitch a little, and not this sound of connecting / disconnecting the device, which I will soon begin to dream about.
Maybe someone has already experienced something similar? Or is there a suspected reason? Thank you very much in advance.
