How to make automatic change of input source on OS X when connecting a third-party keyboard?

There are:
- MacBook Air (OS X Yosemite)
- A third-party keyboard with a PC layout
- the need to temporarily connect this keyboard to the laptop
Essence of the question:
Automatically (or manually launching a script / program) change the input source. Those. when a keyboard is connected, the input sources are "US" and "Russian", and when a third-party keyboard is connected, the input sources must be "US international-PC" and "Russian-PC"
