Why does the heated bed on the Prusa i3 hephestos heat up when the printer is turned on?

Good day!
I ask for your help. I recently purchased a prusa i3 hephestos 3D printer and decided to upgrade it a bit by adding a heated table. I ordered a 360W power supply from ALI, a set of table + thermistor. I installed all this, connected it to the controller, changed everything in the firmware (Marlin 1.4.2), everything works, but when the printer is turned on, the table immediately starts to warm up to the maximum temperature. How to overcome it? Is there some parameter in the firmware that turns on the heating when the power is connected?

I tried to change different types of thermistors in the firmware - it did not help.
