Can a solid capacitor be replaced with an electrolytic one?

They brought a video card with torn off capacitors (circled in red in the photo below). Can a solid capacitor be replaced with an electrolytic one? I can’t figure out what parameters the capacitor has on the left.

This electrolyte is 1500 microfarads at 6 V. A solid-state one with a similar capacity was gigantic in size.
In addition, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarity of these capacitors, they have a small esr, they can operate at a high frequency. Anyhow you can’t put it on, because it will immediately warm up.
The best option is to unsolder from unnecessary motherboards or video cards. Usually the inscriptions on them are made in gold or silver and the temperature is 105C.

1. There is no photo (well, or it doesn’t load for me)
2. No
2.1. more precisely, yes, but then change everything in the phase.
2.2. go to any service and buy the necessary capacitor from them, there is a video for parsing like dirt

yes, you can easily change it, if you don’t mind what will hang on the conclusions. while it is desirable to put something branded. according to the marking it looks like 1500uF 10V.
