Where can I find cheap analogues of KNX devices?

In connection with the upcoming repairs, I thought about the automation system of a country house.
Basic requirements:
- Flexibility and versatility of the system. (I want a single infrastructure for lighting, heating and air conditioning).
- High autonomy and fault tolerance. (The absence of a single point of system failure - for example, a server).
- Possibility of gradual introduction and improvement of the system.
A system based on the KNX protocol used for industrial room automation is ideal for all requirements.
The main problem in this case is the price - for example, a panel for controlling a warm floor costs 2,700 rubles, and a two-gang switch is about 8,000.
In this regard, there are 2 questions:
1) Equipment compatible with the KNX protocol is produced by a large number of companies, maybe there is some budget line of controllers that I just did not find?
2) Perhaps there is some similar decentralized protocol for which the equipment is much cheaper?

A smart home has never been cheap, even if it's simple automation.
Decide on a budget (count the number of control points).
Decide whether the devices will be wired, wireless or combined.
Check out other security protocols and solutions.

There are no analogues of KNX. Either it is KNX or NOT KNX. The most affordable is probably Zennio (Spain).
