Why does the final query, which is not expanded in the left column of Yandex.wordstat, have a frequency of 0 when using quotes?

In Wordstat I enter the query "design and installation of automatic fire extinguishing installations" without quotes and get the base frequency 54.

This frequency is the sum of the frequencies of all phrases where the words from the query occur in any word forms and in any order.

In the left column I no longer see options for phrases, i.e. as far as I understand, this is the final query, which is not decomposed into options included in this frequency equal to 54.

Now I enter the same query "design and installation of automatic fire extinguishing installations" in the wordstat, but already in quotation marks and I see that the frequency is 0.
If we want to know the frequency of a search query more accurately, for example, to cut off those queries from it where other words are present, then we need to put the query in quotes.

Do I understand correctly that my request is final and is not decomposed into other requests with additional words? If I understand correctly, then why is its frequency equal to zero in the wordstat using quotes?

This is not true. Just because you don't see other queries doesn't mean your base query isn't decomposed into them.
There are two options here: it is really finite and does not decompose into others. Or - the second option (which is more common) - there are many different ones, and they have more than 7 words. What kind of tails are there - one can only guess.
7 words - this is a limitation of Wordstat - if there are more words, then it no longer takes the request into statistics.

With quotation marks, an exact match is used after, word forms are lost, therefore zero, so this query was asked wrong
