Why does the file system “beat” on virtual machines in Proxmox?

Some time ago, such a problem began: on some virtual machines (Debian 8) living on Proxmox 4, the file system (ext4) is remounted to read-only. Virtual machines are on the disk shelf of HP. There is nothing left in the logs of virtual machines. At the moment when the file system has already been remounted, in dmesg -T you can see something like

kernel: EXT4-fs error (device dm-1): ext4_mb_generate_buddy: EXT4-fs: group 84158: 7984 blocks in bitmap, 1840 in gd

Where to look for the problem, comrades?
