Why does the explorer open after 2-3 seconds?
I installed windows 10 from scratch a couple of days ago on a new SSD.
Everything works fine except for the conductor, for some reason it does not open immediately, but after about 2-3 seconds. At the same time, everything else flies, i.e. if I quickly click on the explorer, chrome + a couple more programs, the explorer opens last.
Maybe indexing, but left it on for a long time and did not transfer the files from the old disk yet.
Before that, there was also 10k with the latest updates and this did not seem to be the case.
update: the cursor does not change, it is not visible that it is doing something / freezes
update2:
1. I tried to install windows home and pro 32-bit from scratch and both had a memory limit of 2.66GB; 64-bit has no such problems and all 4GB are available, which is strange...
2. Glitches with the explorer are noticeable only after the updates are accepted, everything seems to be fine before them. those. most likely a new problem.
At the same time, the explorer freezes only if you open it from the panel, if you start it from Start or Search, it opens instantly!
I noticed in the task manager that the System percent gives the load, but only if you open it from the panel + right-click on the explorer from the panel, a coincidence of course can.
While testing the explorer (opened, closed, copied folders) twice caught the "blue screen".
