Is it possible to bypass the UAC restriction?

Hello. At work, I use various software that makes life easier, including portable programs. The administrator has tightened access, now when I launch ABBY Screenshot Reader, I see the following window: "Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes on this computer"?
Is there any way to bypass the restriction? I thought portable programs don't make changes to a PC.

Find a sane portable version that works in an isolated environment and does not go where the "dad" did not order.
