Windows 8.1 how to unlock access to mounted logical drives?

The laptop is running Windows 8.1 and Linux Mint. If Windows is turned off (it goes into hibernation), logical drives (C:\, D:\) in Linux become inaccessible. The problem is solved if you completely shut down Windows.
But something happened in Windows and it does not turn off, the shutdown icon spins for a couple of minutes, but later an error appears - "There was a problem on your PC ..... error code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"
If you work in Windows, then the computer turns off only by long pressing on Power (sleep also does not work), and in Linux, boards are not available and it is not possible to work.
You need to either fix the problem in Windows, or unlock access to mounted drives and work in Linux.

If NTFS-3G is used to mount volumes, then this is a feature of its work with NTFS. To quote from man ntfs-3g:
Unlike in case of read-only mount, the read-write mount is denied if the NTFS volume is hibernated. One needs either to resume Windows and shutdown it properly, or use this option which will remove the Windows hibernation file. Please note, this means that the saved Windows session will be completely lost. Use this option under your own responsibility.
Roughly speaking, the driver will not mount the FS in read-write mode if the volume has a Windows hibernation file in use. Mounting is only possible in read mode. Otherwise, it may result in permanent loss of the hibernation state. The only way out of this situation is to use the normal shutdown of Windows.
The hibernation file on the disk is corrupted.
