Why does the desktop start immediately, bypassing the BIOS?

Yesterday we assembled the computer, connected it. When turned on, the MSI splash screen lit up, where it was suggested to press Del to go to the BIOS. I must say that the computer turns on very quickly (about 8 seconds). After installing Windows 10 and all the drivers, when you turn it on, there is no MSI splash screen, the desktop immediately starts loading. It turns out that there is no way to get into the BIOS. What could be the reason and how to fix it?

As one of the options, disable "Fast Startup" so that after logging out, a shutdown occurs, and not hibernation.

The initialization of the video card of the monitor is too fast, the monitor simply does not have time to display anything and immediately proceeds to launch the OS.
When you turn on the computer, immediately blindly press the buttons to enter the BIOS (del, f2, f10), depending on what you have there.

Are you sure that you had a shutdown and not going to sleep?
Just do a reboot, absolutely all the hardware for windows that I saw, including soc on tablets, gave about one second to press del / f2 / esc to enter bios.
The fact that loading is very fast is the settings in bios (fast boot) and hibernation in windows, when instead of turning off, the contents of RAM are simply downloaded to disk, and read when turned on (even the state of the equipment does not change, with some exceptions).
ps very rarely, but it happens that the hardware does not see your keyboard, but again this is because in bios, for example, usb keyboard support is disabled (few people disable it at all)

Try turning off your computer from the network. Then take out the battery that powers the "bios and clock". Then press the power button - so that the charge from the capacitors "leaves". Wait 2 minutes, plug the network cable back and try to start the computer again (without battery). Perhaps he himself will enter the BIOS, or at least the reset settings will allow you to see the boot process in full.
