For what reason is the image from the video card not displayed via HDMI, and for what reason can there be such a squeak?

3 days ago, a problem with the computer began, namely this.
During operation, the image disappeared from the screen. It was also so that it disappears, and then after a second or two appears. Until you fix the wire. Then everything seems to be fine, but as soon as you touch the system unit, the image disappears again. I thought it was a cable or monitor, but no! Connected via cable to the PS monitor, it worked stably, the image was, the sound too. When I returned HDMI (HDMI-HDMI) to its place and turned on the PC, it emitted four beeps at startup, 1 long and 3 short. When connecting a PC to the monitor, it still says “Check the cable connection”
Video card: Asus GEFORCE GTX 660 2GB.
Monitor: PHILIPS, I don't know the exact model.
If you can help, then I beg you to answer me if possible on Skype: Ratami_Sato

Maybe your video card is dying?
