Why does the cursor get stuck in Linux Ubuntu?

I recently moved to Linux and I'm having a problem.
When I start working somewhere, the cursor gets stuck on one specific action (selection, etc.). The problem is not in the mouse, because I already tried 4. The problem is also not contained in the PC itself, because everything worked on Windows. I ask people who are knowledgeable in this matter to help!
PS: no need to write about windows, I hate this OS.
