Why does the conductor "eat" memory?

5c4598fb0c0a1319415066.png
The explorer process of one of the terminal server users occasionally eats up all the memory. After restarting the process everything is ok.
And it doesn't happen all the time.
What to pay attention to?
Windows server 2016 standart system as a terminal server. Only one user has this problem.

There can be many reasons.
As the least expensive option, you can recreate the user profile on the server.

Check with the user what he is doing at this point in time. Explorer has a bug with a memory leak when checking disks for errors - the picture is similar: tens of gigabytes are eaten up very quickly.
