Radchenko is not bad at all. It also comes with a very good admin manual. Ask any franchisee, they kick them around the office there.
And technically like this:
1) Install Windows Server
on a virtual machine 2) Install a 1C application server, MSSQL and admin =)
3) Learn to develop on this basis
4) Learn accounting, inventory control, trade, etc. depending on what you are doing
A year and a half ago, I had to urgently look for a job.
Before that, I didn’t work with 1C, but as a programmer I have a good resume, I have a lot of experience in other languages.
One good firm took a chance and hired me.
Those. on the finished configuration, I had to first make reports (from the first day of work),
then, after a week, and processing.
Books are good, but they are for sequential study, and nothing is better than
starting to do it yourself.
In addition, you can watch, copy other people's decisions,
learn from them. Colleagues will tell you in which register what is stored.
If you know SQL, then there is no problem.
You only need to get used to an unfamiliar language, Russian :-)
And to the fact that in 1C from SQL there is only SELECT.
The rest of the understanding comes in a few days:
1. Reference books
2. Accumulation
registers 3. Information registers.
The rest is on the way.
If anything - Ctrl/F1
Start with this . The very basics of development and administration. I recommend looking for an analogue for version 8.3.
How to start learning 1C (Administration and development)? From the study of documentation (several thick volumes and a couple of thin ones).
