Can I receive site ban lists?
We have a cafe, we are a legal entity. We want to legally distribute wi-fi, we have found an operator who can authorize us via SMS, now we want to filter by lists. We cannot find a suitable provider, we want to do it on our own. We will receive the EDS in the near future, how can we receive lists without being a provider? We need up-to-date and complete lists, because regulators like to test the freshest to cash in on it.

Strange desire.
You are not a carrier.
You will connect to the Internet through some kind of provider.
So he will filter everything that is needed.
Do you need it?
So honestly, they would admit that you need all this in order to set up a VPN and climb the forbidden zone =)
And so, you will still work through the provider, and it is his duty to block access.
ps As mentioned above, I think Yandex DNS for children correctly and quickly processes everything.
