Why does the computer slow down when copying (CTRL+C) text/documents?
At the moment of copying something to the clipboard, the system freezes for a few seconds. The mouse cursor does not move. But the problem is present at the first copying. The next one is usually fine.
For example, I have some folder collapsed. After some time, I unfold it and try to copy something there - it freezes. But with further copying, it works without "spikes".

Notebook SAMSUNG NP300E5X-A07RU (factory assembly) + 4 GB memory module Samsung M471B5273EB0-CK0
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
