Clipboard not always working on Mac OS?

Very often, copying to the buffer does not work the first time, you copy and paste, but the data is old.
This applies to texts, everything is ok with copying files.

Are the buttons on the keyboard okay? Try using copy & paste through the menu, does the same thing happen?

Is there any third-party software running that can clear the buffer?
Like a password manager?

I don’t know how it should be, but it doesn’t copy me if there is a Russian layout. Only in English.

A similar situation often does not work either by keyboard shortcuts or by the context menu. It always works the second time around. I sin on PuntoSwitcher.
