Why does the computer not turn on the first time?
The computer turns on, but there is no signal to the monitor. There is a black screen on the screen, although the screws are spinning. You have to turn off the computer 10 times to make it start normally. There are no sound signals. I put the bar of RAM in another slot, changed the power supply, the monitor, examined the motherboard for faulty conders. All is well with them. Nothing helped. What else can be done? Or carry the motherboard to a service center?

The problem was in the crooked version of the BIOS. After flashing with the help of the programmer, everything began to load the first time.
It looks like overclocking from memory, which the kit cannot withstand, reset the BIOS with a battery and manually set the desired parameters.
