How to open HDD with bad blocks in Mint?

Inserted the HDD into the computer. Previously stood in the NAS and once stopped running. Installed mint, stuck a disk, the disk was defined. But it is not mounted, it writes 140 bad blocks.
What are my actions? I read that it is possible to scan blocks and make it so that the OS does not use these blocks. Only it is not clear whether this will damage the data. I need to get them out somehow and not overwrite. Maybe there is some kind of software that is not console, but an interface?

@vaut

I would not recommend doing this on your own if the data is important.
You run the risk of completely finishing off the disk even with normal reading attempts.
And so, first a disk image is made and already working with it. Trying to repair the file system on the copy.
The image is advised to do not dd but ddrescue.
