Why does the computer not see flash drives?

USB flash drives

One smart person blocked access to a flash drive through the USB Disk security program. After removing it, the computer completely stopped working with media. In device manager it appears as drive F:, for example. However, media is not displayed in My Computer. It also does not enter through the console: Access denied writes.
Flash drives without viruses. I think the problem is either in the registry or in security policies.

The easiest way is to reinstall this program, disable the lock, and only then remove it.
