Which windows to choose to boot a corporate laptop from a USB flash drive?

There is a corporate laptop, the use of which is regulated by strict group policy and company compliance.
There are engineering needs to use a laptop as an administrator with full control of everything and everything, WITHOUT VIOLATION of the contract and company policy. For this, O MIRACLE, there is a loophole - the ability to boot from external media.
We need a technical solution to this problem.
I see it as booting from a miniature usb 3.0 flash drive and using a regular disk (SSD) as storage for the swap file.
Tell me, maybe there is a ready-made solution for such a case or articles with specific windows settings for maximum performance and survivability of such a scheme of work.
