Why does the CipherLab data collection terminal not connect via RDP to Win Server 2008 R2?

We changed the server to a new one, installed Win Server 2008 R2 (the old one had 2008 Enterprise without R2). Computers are perfectly connected, the phone is connected. And the CipherLab data collection terminal gives a security error and that's it, resetting and digging into CipherLab did not lead to anything. The technical support of the store advised to rummage through our server. Who can tell what's wrong?
