I am creating a gaming service for playing for money - users join the game and place bets - according to the results, the winner receives a prize. And of course, there will be the possibility of depositing / withdrawing funds to / from the system.

take any, registered in the USA or Europe, and that the server is physically located somewhere in the same place, preferably in Holland. Bully-resistant terribly buggy and unreliable in themselves. Just think about who you "cross the road" to and, based on this, think about where to put all this stuff. In general, if you hide the IP securely behind a proxy server and do not burn it, then at least have it in Russia, no one will know everything.
