Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found). What is it?

Yesterday I uploaded my hosting site to hosting (for the first time I deal with hosting). And now, when I open my site in the chrome browser, and when the browser loads, this error comes out. Or when I open the site in a new tab. If you do not restart the browser and do not open the site in a new tab, but refresh the site, then there will be no error! What's the matter?
