Why does the call from Panasonic not reach Asterisk?

Hello, I connected Panasonic and Asterisk by h323. I set up a dialplan in asterisk and I'm already successfully making calls to internal Panasonic subscribers. However, they cannot call Asterisk from Panasonic, tracing in the Panasonic console does not work, and it is not possible to identify the cause. Calls to Asterisk do not reach at all.
Panasonic uses three-digit phone numbers, while Asterisk uses four-digit numbers.
How can I check what is the reason?

The trace should work. What do the board logs show? I have two Panasonics working with an asterisk, there are no problems.
Have you set up a dialplan in Panasonic? What do you have in section 9 of the console?

"They do not reach at all" - i.e. you made tcpdump on the side of Asterix and there is no incoming traffic from panas? Is it on the same subnet?
