We have an online store and we send parcels by mail. We can track that the package has arrived to the client, but the mail may not bring notification. And we want that as soon as the package arrives, the autoinformer calls the client and plays the message, they say, pick up the package, it has already arrived. And in pursuit, send SMS with tracking and other useful information. Moreover, the older generation also orders from us, so a call is very necessary, one SMS is not enough.
