Why does the bugfix version change in the maven project, although I did not specify this anywhere?

There is a repo https://gitlab.com/anton_patsev/maven-release-example
There is only 1 CI task - maven release
If you make a commit, then maven release starts
. Usually, the second digit changes during maven release.
But in this case, the bugfix version changes.
I can't understand why. Can any option be added?
