Error while building the project, what should I do?

When building the project, it gives an error:

Abnormal build process termination:

Even with the hello world project!

(I installed jdk 11 and 8, it didn't help)

Apparently, the JDK is crookedly installed (perhaps there are not enough rights).
1. For *nix systems there is a wonderful tool sdkman : installs any version of Java, Maven, Gradle and more.
