Why does the browser sometimes not see some css styles?

I put the layout on modx and noticed that on one of the pages, sometimes when the page is updated, the browser stops seeing some css styles. In what in general there can be a problem?

Because MODx has very stubborn caching.

The problem is visible after pressing F12 in the browser.

Only the browser cache is to blame. Either refresh the page ctrl + f5 or disable the cache. but in general put browser-sync also liveload will be on js and css
