Why does the browser download the page?

Hello. Why do all browsers sometimes download a page if I surf the web and click on internal links. This is a problem in all browsers. And it goes away in 2-3 minutes. No downlod masters are worth it.
Win 7, no viruses, worth NIS license, also checked by doctor web.

Check if the Alt key is stuck. I myself had it a couple of times when the phone was unsuccessfully placed on the keyboard. Well, if nothing lies directly, then something is wrong with the contacts of the key itself.

You know how to ask questions, I'll tell you.
If you answer in your style - the main task of the browser is to load the page.
More seriously, modern browsers have the function of preloading certain pages (in the search, for example), selected by the method of the left heel of the fortuneteller Vera, in order to speed up their display when you deign to click on them. This function is disabled somewhere in the settings.

Are you talking about all sites or a specific one? If specific, please provide a link. Or maybe a problem on some pages of specific sites?
What is the download? Does the page download instead of opening in the browser? If yes, then most likely there is an attempt to open a file of an unknown type. As you have already been told above, more details, there are no telepaths here. Why do you need ticks to pull the necessary information from you?
I looked at the screen in the next topic, maybe just files with the htm extension are not associated with the opening program?

Telepaths on vacation. As the saying goes, what is the question is the answer. First, many browsers have a "proactive download" feature where content is pre-downloaded in the hope that you request it. Secondly, the page can be self-updating in time - the timer stupidly stands there - N seconds have passed - the page has been updated.

It's a virus, fix the car. The browser shouldn't behave like this. I myself use opera, occasionally other browsers - for work. This behavior has never been normal; if you have been on the Internet for more than a year, you should immediately suspect something is wrong)
