Phishtank recognized our site as a false phishing site through fake accounts. How to remove it from the blacklist?

Not so long ago, our user sent us a photo in which Avast warns him about the presence of malware when he hits our site. With Antivirus, we quickly resolved the problem by writing to support.



Digging a little further, we found that some browsers, like Avast, block our site, such as Opera:



This is how we found out that many antiviruses (8 judging by virustotal.com ) have already put us on their lists, but Phishtank is the leader among them. In fact, someone just voted from a bunch of fake Phishtank accounts that our site was a phishing site and got banned. Unfortunately, this list is authoritative for many browsers and antiviruses.



Here is some evidence that our site was blocked from fake accounts: all those who voted have approximately the same list of the same list of sites, and the polls were mainly arranged from one account, the rest served just for voting, and the names of the accounts are the same.



Has anyone already encountered a similar problem? How to solve it if the registration on Phishtank is closed, and we have not received a single response to dozens of sent messages?
