Why does the Bluetooth headset not connect in headset mode (the microphone does not work, it only works as headphones)?

The Motorola Finiti Bluetooth headset is not connected in the Bluetooth Headset profile (the microphone does not work, it only works for sound reception, Bluetooth Headphones profile).
With the phone, the headset works without problems and the microphone too.
In the sound settings it shows 3 devices:
Playback:
1. Bluetooth Headphones (connecting, I can listen to music)
2. Bluetooth Headset (writes "not connected", cannot be connected via the context menu)
Recording:
3. Bluetooth Microphone (writes "not connected" , cannot be connected via the context menu)
Bluetooth drivers are the latest from the official website ( www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/ASUS_ZENBOOK_UX3...
