Can I connect multiple Bluetooth headsets with the same network name to different smartphones/PCs?

Small office, 5 PCs with bluetooth modules. Each needs to connect one bluetooth headset. Here's just an ambush: all headsets have the same name on the network. Suppose I connect each headset in turn. Will they interfere with each other in the process of work? Will they get mixed up after turning off / on? Will the PCs each connect to their previously paired headset?
