How can I find out? When I look in mobile view mode in firebug, there is no block either, but if I refresh the page, it appears. In general, if you have access to the element inspector, then look at the styles of your block "from top to bottom" and you will find something, maybe it just went beyond the site boundaries (for example: position: absolute; top: -100px; )
