Why does the black level on the monitor change after turning on the video in YouTube in chrome?

Such a disaster happened. On the LG monitor, the black level changes (decreases) when I turn on YouTube videos in full screen in chrome.
If the monitor is off / on, then everything returns to normal.
How to get rid of this muck?
