How to parse a page on click event in Chrome?

Let me formulate the problem in a simplified way.
Now I will add the question and press the "publish" button. The question will go online.
Is there anything ready for Chrome, or maybe a ready-made script that could be wrapped in a chrome extension so that at the same time my post, tags, topic title are saved somewhere in a convenient place (xml, csv, or even better immediately in xls)?
