Edit customer email in opencart?

Here is the email template that comes to the buyer when ordering
/catalog/view/theme/default/template/mail/order.tpl tag. I tried to do something like: if ($product['stock'] != false) But in the controller there is no such parameter as $product['stock'] and if you take $product['quantity'] then this is not the amount of goods in stock, and the number of items in the order.
