Why does the adaptive not work on Windows Phone?

I made an adaptive, everything works well, but on Windows Phone everything goes, what could be the reason?

everything works on my phone, as in your emulator ..
it’s also a mystery to me for now - sites are stupidly on bootstrap, some default media queries work, others don’t
