Similar to doit.im for Windows Phone 8.1?

I use doit.im. Recently upgraded to WP 8.1 and can't find a similar service.
The following opportunities are very important:
- projects;
- tasks;
- subtasks;
- comments on all of the above;
- tags;
- reminders.
I would also like:
- a separate list of tasks (shopping lists, etc.).
- joint work.
- work offline.
So far, the only competitor is Wunderlist, which Microsoft recently bought.
Are there any other similar services that could compete with the prodigy???
