How to request a modified page?

I am writing a Windows / Windows Phone application in HTML + JS, there is an HTTPClient component that can make GET, POST, PUT, DELETE requests.
There is a page from which my application displays the phone book.

How can I make my application change the selection in the select and get the changed page? Mm? Something needs to be stirred up with PUT, right?
